Frequently asked questions.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We sure do! If you are a business that is interested in stocking our treats get in touch and we will set you up with a wholesale code. We offer generous discounts across our whole range. We require a minimum order amount of $200 and offer free shipping for our wholesale customers.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes absolutely. Creating custom designs is one of our favourite things. Contact us and tell us your design dreams and we will help make something extra special for you. Be sure to give us plenty of notice so we can do our best to accommodate your order.
What ingredients do you use?
We source the best ingredients available to us. All natural ingredients and no nasties to ensure that even the most sensitive tummies can enjoy our food. We use organic and ethically sourced sustainable ingredients where possible.
How long do the treats stay fresh?
Biscuits and chocolates will keep for up to 3 months if kept sealed, airtight, and stored in the refrigerator or a cool dark place. They can also be frozen and they will keep for up to 6 months.
Can I feed your products to my pet with a sensitive stomach or allergies?
We do our best to eliminate common food allergens and things that may upset your pets stomach. A full list of all ingredients is included on each product page for your reference.
We bake all of our treats from scratch so, if you have something that you would like to avoid reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you have any doubt, it is always best to check with your vet prior to indulging in new foods.
My dog is little, how much can he eat?
It’s always best to introduce new treats slowly. Just like humans, if they have too many colours, flavours or rich food they will get a belly ache! Please remember that treats are a sometimes food and are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Try feeding your dog a small amount first and then gradually introduce some more.
